Full 90 For Life
The Seattle Sounders FC and Coca-Cola Refreshments announced a donation of $100,000 to Boys & Girls Clubs of King County to support the organization’s healthy and active living programs. The “Full 90 for Life” initiative, which will focus on nutrition education and teaching soccer skills to youth, will launch in the fall of 2011 at the Boys and Girls Club Smilow Clubhouse at Rainier Vista.

Sounders FC Sports Science Mentorship Program
From July 22-24, 2011, the Seattle Sounders FC will bring in some of the brightest minds in sports science to join their coaching staff in sharing the latest methodologies in soccer training, human performance, and recovery. We invite coaches from top college, club, or high school programs to join us in investigating the needs of elite level soccer players both on, and off, the field.
