Please keep us informed of all account corrections such as address changes, contact person changes for organizations, phone numbers, new email addresses, etc. Submit new information in writing to the Sounders FC Ticket Office, PO Box 4769, Seattle, WA 98134. Always refer to your account number when corresponding with the ticket office. You may also utilize My Account Manager to make changes to your account. For assistance contact your account representative at 877-MLS-GOAL. Changes cannot be made over the phone.
ADDITIONAL SEAT REQUESTS
If you wish to add additional seats to your season ticket account we recommend that you place a seat deposit with the Sounders FC Ticket Office at 877-MLS-GOAL by the initial renewal deadline. By placing this deposit you will secure priority for selecting additional seats when inventory becomes available. We will begin the seat selection process after we complete our renewal and upgrade process in the spring.
AWAY GAME TICKETS
The Sounders FC do not have away game tickets to make available to the public - all tickets are facilitated through the home team ticket office. Click here for a list of all MLS ticket offices.
Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a Sounders FC game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children.
There are disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas and price levels of CenturyLink Field. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single game basis. Guests holding fixed tickets that require either disabled or companion tickets must contact the Sounders FC Box Office 72 hours in advance of the match at (206) 682-2800. The Sounders FC will make ticket exchanges to the closest ticket price and comparable location, subject to availability.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Season tickets or single game tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced for a $5.00 processing fee per ticket. Tickets that have been stolen will be replaced free of charge only if a stolen property report is filed with the police. A case number is required before the tickets will be reissued. You may call the Sounders FC Ticket Office at 877-MLS-GOAL prior to the game date and arrange to pick up the tickets at will call on the day of the game. Alternately, the ticket holder of record can come to the customer service window, located in the northwest corner of the stadium, to pick up the tickets on game day. Those attempting to use stolen or fraudulent tickets will be removed from the game and referred to the Seattle Police.
PAYMENT FOR TICKETS
Payment for Sounders FC season, group, single game and playoff tickets may be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. Please make all checks payable to the Seattle Sounders FC. Bank items returned for any reason are subject to a $20.00 service fee.
Season ticket holders will have the first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat location for playoff games hosted by the Seattle Sounders FC.
Every season ticket account is assigned a priority date which represents the chronological order in which you purchased your tickets or were placed on the waiting list. Your priority date gives you preference during seat relocations, upgrades, and purchase of playoff tickets. If you wish to cancel your seats for a season and reapply in the future you will forfeit your original priority date.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of the Seattle Sounders FC. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Seattle Sounders FC and Major League Soccer. Tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, violating the Fan Code of Conduct including drunk or disorderly conduct, scalping or resale of tickets and obscene behavior, stadium construction or reconfiguration of seating areas and ownership disputes.
SEAT TRANSFER POLICY
Delta Sky360 Club Seats: Season ticket accounts in club seating areas are non-transferable.
General Seating: Season ticket accounts in general seating areas are non-transferable.
Season ticket holders are eligible to request a seat improvement. The degree of seat movement will depend on the number of cancellations after each season as well as the assigned priority date. A season ticket deposit must be paid to be eligible for an upgrade. To request seat improvement a written or verbal request must be submitted each season to the Sounders FC Ticket Office at 877-MLS-GOAL by the initial renewal deadline.
If you are unable to attend a game, please consider a tax-deductible donation of your unused tickets to the Seattle Children's Home. The Seattle Children's Home will offer donated tickets for resale at face value and ALL proceeds will benefit the Home's children and their struggle to overcome mental illness. The Sounders FC Ticket Sales Office is located at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, Washington. The Sounders FC Box Office is located at the northwest corner of CenturyLink Field.

"This ticket only grants entry into CenturyLink Field and a spectator seat for the specified Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”) game, activity or other event ("Events"). Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected at the sole discretion of the Seattle Sounders FC and/or First & Goal, master tenant of CenturyLink Field, subject to refund, or without refund if the ticket holder is deemed to be disorderly, or fails to comply with these terms, the Fan Code of Conduct or any and all security measures. Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the Events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury. The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account or description (whether text, data or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of the Events. The ticket holder grants to MLS, the Seattle Sounders FC, First & Goal and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the Events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of MLS, the Seattle Sounders FC, First & Goal and their sponsors, licensees, promoters, advertisers or broadcasters. All sales are final. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. Lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets may not be honored. The ticket holder may not enter the Events or otherwise use this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without MLS', the Seattle Sounders FC's or First & Goal's express written consent. THE DATE AND TIME OF THE GAME IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY MLS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS SCHEDULING POLICIES OR AS A RESULT OF OTHER ACTIONS OR EVENTS BEYOND MLS' CONTROL. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED IF TICKET HOLDER CANNOT ATTEND. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into CenturyLink Field, and prohibited items may be confiscated. By tendering this ticket and entering CenturyLink Field, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against MLS, its Member Clubs, Soccer United Marketing, LLC, Sounders FC, First & Goal and each of their affiliates and agents. If you elect not to consent to these searches, you will be denied entry into CenturyLink Field."
