Why did you want to be a Council Member?

I love the Sounders and wanted to be involved on some way. I’ve been a season ticket holder since day 1 but I’ve never done the march to the match (I hope to someday) and I am not a member of a supporters group. I hope to represent the interests of the average fan who is not in a supporters group. The supporters groups are great and bring so much to the team and game day experience but not all of us are able to dedicate ourselves to the team at that level.

What are your goals as a Council Member?

My goals are to be a positive influence within the Alliance Council to help the Sounders stay the best sports club in town.

When did you know that the Sounders would be a 'big deal?'

I had no idea they would be this big of a deal until the first game. What a great surprise to see Seattle embrace this team like we have.
