Why did you want to be a Council Member?
I have been involved with soccer for many years as a player, youth coach, and enthusiast spectator. Joining the Council allows me to continue my involvement with soccer and join with like-minded individuals and contribute to the soccer community.
What are your goals as a Council Member?
My goals include offering fan opinions to the Sounder Organization to ensure that Sounders events remain a great experience for Seattle soccer fans.
When did you know that the Sounders would be a 'big deal?'
efore Seattle had been awarded a MLS franchise I expected a team would be successful in Seattle. However this was confirmed when I experienced and witnessed fan exuberance during the Sounders 2009 inaugural game victory.

Mike can be found in in Section 107 during the games. At halftime I am usually on the concourse near the tunnel to Section 107 enjoying the intermission with friends and fans.
