Why did you want to be a Council Member?

The sounders and the sounders community have become a true institution and way of life to many of us rave green fans. The opportunity to further enrich and heighten the relationship we have with our club is a chance that I am unwilling to forgo.

What are your goals as a Council Member?

I represent a group of extremely thoughtful and creative alliance members - I look forward to bringing our concerns and ideas to the attention of the council and weighing in on issues with our collective voice. I look forward to the accessibility and transparency of the council increasing over the next few years.

When did you know that the Sounders would be a 'big deal?'

The first game I attended on April 25, 2009, it was obvious that the club was going to be a hugely popular mainstay in Seattle... this was further reinforced and expanded in February of 2010 when on vacation in the Caribbean, a local Bahamian called out ‘GO SOUNDERS’ as I walked down the streets of Nassau in my Kasey-Keller signed hat.
