Advanced Camp: Sounders FC Advanced camps are designed for the serious young soccer player looking to continually develop their game. Sessions will be highly competitive and technically focused. Goal keepers will receive position specific training from a goalkeeper coach and will be incorporated into drills for game like shot stopping situation. This camp is aimed at the older youth soccer player (ages 11-18) who is looking to take their game to the next level whether it is in club, high school, academy, or make a push to play collegiate soccer.
Full Day: Sounders FC Full Day Program is designed for the recreational to intermediate player aged 7-15. Campers will be exposed to a different set of technical and tactical focuses each day of camp. Coaches will work with players to develop their technical ability as well as discover a better understanding of the game in a fun and energetic environment. Campers will have a lunch break at noon, and then continue with developmental gameplay in the afternoon.
Half Day: Sounders FC Half Day Program is designed for the recreational to intermediate player aged 4-15. Each day the coaches will provide situations and exercises that relate to a different fundamental part of the game. Campers will be encouraged to develop their technical and tactical ability in an age and developmentally appropriate environment. All sessions and activities will be in a fun and energetic atmosphere.
Emergence Camp: This camp is designed for the beginning soccer players ages 3 – 5 years old. These camp sessions will be a modified training time and will focus on introducing young players to the game. The sessions will incorporate movement education exercises, introductory technical exercises, and exploration games with an emphasis on enjoyment. The purpose of these camps is to introduce the game of soccer to children in a comfortable environment, which will set their soccer career in motion.
