Regence Dream Team
It has been a long-time tradition in the sport of soccer globally to have kids escort the players onto the pitch in a symbolic action reminding soccer fans that they have a major role to play in building a future fit for children. Throughout the MLS regular season, Sounders FC partners with local youth organizations and season ticket members to provide a once in a lifetime experience for children to participate in our opening ceremonies on matchday.
The Regence Dream Team consists of twenty-two children ranging from ages 5-12 years old. These children walk out with the Starting XI players from each club, hand in hand.
