Seattle Sounders FC will play 12 reserve matches in 2013, kicking it off at home against Portland on Sunday, March 17 at Starfire Sports Stadium. Seattle will play each team in the Western Conference at least once, as well as one match against Real Salt Lake, Colorado, and two matches against Orlando City of the USL (home and away). Sounders FC will play six home matches and six away matches, ending the season against Portland on October 14 at JELD-WEN Field. 

Last year, Seattle won three of their last four Reserve League matches and finished third in the Western Conference, posting a 4-5-1 (13 points) record.

The league will again be divided into Eastern, Central, and Western conferences with each team playing all games within their conference. At the conclusion of the Reserve League season the team with the most points out of all three conferences will be determined the Reserve League Champion. As in Major League Soccer, three points is awarded for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a loss.

There is no charge for admission at Sounders FC Reserves home matches. However donations will be accepted at the gate ($5 suggested) with proceeds directed toward the Sounders FC community partners. Parking is $5 or free with a Starfire membership.  

Home matches At Starfire Sports Complex

All matches will take place at the Starfire Sports Complex stadium field.  With expected attendance all attendees will be seated on the covered grandstand (north) side of the complex.

No tickets will be sold but donations will be accepted at the gate – donations will be given to the five Sounders charitable partners.
