The ECS travel team wants to thank the over 2000 people who attended an away match at some point with us in 2011. Everyone who was able to make an away game, whether traveling from Seattle or an “expatriate” who lives in another MLS city, was a part of the Sounders experience. We averaged nearly 100 supporters over all the away matches played in 2011. This kind of support surely helped our boys away from home.
Our club has become one of the leading clubs in MLS in just a couple of seasons. We have three trophies in our back-to-back-to-back US Open Cup titles, and we are hungry for even more. Your voices and presence helped lift the boys and we thank you for traveling with us. We are already anxious for the 2012 season to start, there is much to look forward to again, including another CONCACAF Champions League trip this summer. So start saving money and vacation time yet again!
