Community Health Plan of Washington Presents the Fourth Annual Healthy Holidays

We would like to extend a warm holiday invitation for you to join us in celebrating Community Health Plan of Washington's 4th Annual Healthy Holidays! CHP and our community partners will join forces in Rainier Vista to enjoy a "winter wonderland." Enjoy FREE fun, food and festivities of all kinds, including:

+ Meet Sounders FC Defender Zach Scott, who will also demonstrate soccer skills & exercises
