PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2014-2015 (ESBJERG): Friberg started 12 of 13 appearances for Esbjerg of the Danish First Division. He scored one goal in 956 minutes as Esbjerg finished eighth in the table with a 10-13-10 record.

2013-2014 (BOLOGNA): In his lone season with Italian side Bologna, Friberg made seven appearances – starting five matches – and totaled 422 minutes in Serie A play.

2013 (MALMO FF): Friberg helped Malmö FF to the 2013 Allsvenskan championship with a 19-5-6 record. He appeared in 27 matches in his second season with Swedish side, starting 25 contests, and his six goals were the highest single-season total of his career. He also appeared in all six of Malmö’s matches in the 2013-2014 UEFA Europa League.
