The Sounders FC Academy will host tryouts for the Sounders FC U14 team for the 2014-2015 season. The tryouts will take place on May 5th, 6th, and 8th at Starfire Sports Complex on Field No.1.
The U14 age group (players born in birth year 2000/2001 and younger) will tryout at 5pm. Players may be asked to come at a later time on each day. Please stay tuned for announcements after you have registered for the tryouts.
Additional Information: Out of the tryout process in May, the Sounders FC Academy will again invite players to come to training from the 2001 and 2002 age groups that do not make the current team on May 8th. We currently invite players to train with the consent of the Director and Coach from their current youth soccer club in regular Sounders FC Academy training. The intent of this training opportunity is to further evaluate and train top players for their eventual participation in the Sounders Academy. For clarity, this program will remain as it has over the past two years with no cost to players, but we are formalizing the nights of training. This training night should replace a current club training night, not add to the current club training schedule and players must have the permission of their current club Director and Coach to attend. The dates we will run the 2001/2002 training are below.
