#GiveBIG, win big! Give on May 3 and 4 for a chance to win a Sounders FC suite

The winner’s selected nonprofit organization will have the opportunity to watch the the Seattle Sounders versus the Colorado Rapids in a private suite on May 21. Enter to win by using the hashtag #GIVEBIG @soundersfc and @SeattleFdn in a post about your GiveBIG donation now.

The following is the criteria to be eligible to win for your favorite nonprofit:

1. Make a donation to a participating nonprofit through Seattle Foundation’s GiveBIG campaign or share your support for the campaign between 12:01 a.m. and 9:59 p.m. PST on May 3.
2. The entrant is at least 18 years of age.
3. The entrant has shared a post in Facebook and included #GIVEBIG and tags @Seattle Foundation and @SoundersFC
4. The entrant has LIKED the Seattle Foundation Facebook page, allowing the ability to be notified via direct message.
5. (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Seattle Foundation or its agents.

1. Closing date for entry will be 9:59 p.m PST on May 3. After this date and time no further entries will be permitted.
2. The promoter is Seattle Foundation whose registered office is at 1200 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1300 Seattle, WA 98101-3151 

3. Employees of Seattle Foundation or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. 

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. 

7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions 
without notice in the event of an issue outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the 
competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 

8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party 
connected with this competition. 

9. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to 
availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without 
giving notice. 

10. The winner will be notified via a direct message within 24 days of the closing time. If the winner cannot 
be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw 
the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. 

12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no 
correspondence will be entered into. 

13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and 
conditions. 

14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Washington state law 

15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
