Play ball!
The Seattle Sounders are no strangers to throwing the first pitch at Safeco Field, but the Rave Green will be representing a different kind of game on Sunday.
The 2016 All-Star Softball Classic will be held on Sunday, May 22 at 3 p.m. PT. Proceeds will benefit struggling youth and young adults in the greater Seattle area. In 2015, the game raised over $2 million for the United Way of King County's programs and this year, the organization is hoping to surpass that total.
Osvaldo Alonso, Zach Scott, Taylor Graham and Roger Levesque will be representing the Sounders and tickets are still available for purchase.
