The Sounders FC Priority List is an opportunity for fans to place a deposit for a season ticket membership. This is a one-time, non-refundable $100 deposit per seat that will give you pre-sale access for 2017 season tickets.
This does not apply to season ticket members. This is simply for fans wishing to become season ticket members. Our season ticket members DO NOT need to join the Sounders FC Priority List, as they already have the highest priority in renewing, relocating and adding seats.
Seattle Sounders FC will go on sale to the general public on October 7, 2016 for 2017 season tickets. If you are on the Priority List, you will be able to purchase season tickets the week prior to the public onsale. You will be notified about your time slot on September 28, 2016.
Once you purchase Sounders FC season tickets, you are signed up for the most convenient way to secure your season location for future seasons. To secure your seats for the next season, you will receive an invoice the first business day in August 2017 detailing your purchase of your 2018 season membership and have one month to make any edits through your Membership Engagement Representative. On the first business day of September, we will automatically set you up on the longest payment plan available and charge the card that is on file. If you do not need to make any changes, no need to worry, your seats are secured! Once we process your first payment, you are automatically signed up for the relocation process.
A very limited number of season parking passes are available in the Union Station Parking Garage, located on 4th Avenue. Passes are $20 per match, $380 for the season. These passes are assigned based on your Priority List membership date. If you are interested in a parking pass, please make your Membership Engagement Representative or account executive aware.
Sounders FC offers three payment options, with no interest, to pay for your season membership:
- Option 1: Pay in full on the day you purchase the season tickets
- Option 2: Pay 50% of your total investment upon purchase and the remaining 50% on January 2.
- Option 3: Five-month payment plan beginning in October on the first business day of each month ending in February
Sounders FC season ticket members will receive their membership package via USPS in late February/early March.
Once you receive your membership package in the mail, you are able to log in to the Sounders FC app and download your entire season pass directly to your phone. Once you download your pass to your phone, we recommend you storing it in the digital wallet feature as that allows you to never have to download it again. Through the mobile app, you are also able to share the season pass with your seat partners, so they are able to download it on their own mobile device.
- If you are unable to attend a match or would prefer to not use mobile ticketing, you can use My Account Manager. My Account Manager is an online platform that offers several features that add value to your membership. My Account Manager allows you to:
- Update your account information
- Make renewal and playoff payments online (when invoices are available)
- Forward tickets to friends, family and coworkers
- Donate your tickets to charity
- Print your tickets
- Resell your tickets to other Sounders FC fans
To access your Sounders FC Account Manager, please visit soundersfc.com/myaccountmanager. Please use your email address affiliated with your account and your password. If you do not recall your password, please use the “Forgot your password” tool, which will email you an updated password. Season ticket members who cannot attend a match have the option of selling their season tickets anonymously to other fans by logging into My Account Manager. There is no fee for posting tickets and the process is secure. There are multiple ways to customize your seller experience including ways to price the tickets, recommendations on how to price the tickets, when the listing will expire and how you will receive the revenue from the sale. Once the posted tickets are purchased, the amount of the sale price is either credited to your Sounders FC season ticket account or deposited into the bank account provided, less seller fee. The barcodes on your tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer for at-home printing, using any standard printer.
