Coach’s Playing History: 2 time High School All American at Cascade High School in Everett, WA., Member of the United States U16, U18, and U20 National teams, Won NCAA National Championship at UCLA under Sigi Schmid (Captain and All-American), 11 professional seasons with TuS Celle FC (Germany), Colorado Rapids (MLS), and Seattle Sounders (USL).

Married to Jody. Children: Quinlan 3 and Ruby 1. His brother, Chris Henderson, is currently serving as the Technical Director for Sounders FC.
