MLS Experience
2012:Made 15 appearances and six starts across all competitions in his second professional season. Made first MLS start of the season in a 1-0 loss vs. SJ (3/31). Played 90 min- utes in a 1-0 win at SJ in the U.S. Open Cup Quarterfinal (6/26). Was one of two players to appear in all 10 MLS Reserve League matches and recorded an assist in a 4-3 win at CHV (4/23). 2011:Made 7 starts in 12 appearances as MLS rookie. Provided much-needed depth as team participated in three different compeitions. Made 19 appearances and 11 starts across all competitions. Game-winning assist in 1-0 CCL win at CF Monterrey (8/23).


College
2010: A First Team All-PAC 10 honoree as a senior. Also named to NSCAA Third Team Far West Region and Third Team Pac-10 All American. Co-Captain of the Golden Bears. Scored a career high seven goals with three assists as a senior. Started all 20 appearances, finishing his collegiate career with 70 starts in 73 games.

2009: Earned second straight Second Team All-Pac-10 honors and Pac-10 All American Honorable Mention as a junior. Started all 13 appearances with one goal. Garnered Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention.

2008: An All-Pac-10 Second Team pick in his sophomore season. Also earned Pac-10 All-Academic Second Team honors. Started 20 of 21 appearances, scoring three goals (second best on the team). Recorded a career-high seven assists on the season.

2007: Recorded seven points on two goals and three assists as a freshman. Started 17 of 19 games. Scored his second career goal against Washington in the opening minutes of the game.

High School
A three-year starter at St. Augustine, Carrasco was named the Western League Player of the Year, CIF (San Diego Section) Player of the Year and San Diego Union-Tribune All-County Player of the Year as a senior. Scored 12 goals with 16 assists in his senior season. Played for the San Diego Soccer Club for 10 years (1996-2006) and participated in the Olympic Development Program and Premier Development Program.

Personal
Born in San Diego but grew up in Tijuana, Mexico. Has dual-citizenship in USA and Mexico. Son of Servando and Gloria. Has one older sister, Vivian. Spent the fall of 2006 training in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at CEFAR (Centro Entrenamiento Futbol Alto Rendimiento).
