Dr. Jim Kurtz is the clinic director of NW Sports Rehab with locations in Seattle and Federal Way. He has specialized in chiropractic sports medicine for 22 years and is a diplomate of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board.In addition to working with the Sounders, he is the team chiropractor for the Seattle Seahawks. He is, also, a member of the sports medicine staff of the PGA Tour and a former member of the US Olympic medical team. He is an instructor for Active Release Techniques, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the University of Western States.

Jim Kurtz grew up in Los Gatos, CA and attended Fresno State University before completing his graduate work at the University of Western States in Portland, OR.
