CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

The CONCACAF Champions League is an annual international competition which identifies the best club teams in North America, Central America and the Caribbean.  In the 2012-2013 tournament, the Sounders FC will face Mexico's Santos Laguna in the Semifinal Round.  The series will begin on April 2 at CenturyLink Field, and conclude on April 9 at Estadio Corona in Torreon, Mexico.  Single match tickets for the first leg of the Semifinal will go on sale Monday, March 18 at 10 a.m.  The winner of this series will advance to the Final Round, to be played on April 10 in Monterrey, Mexico.

The Lamar Hunt US Open Cup is a quest to find the best team in the country, and is open to all affiliated amateur and professional teams in the United States. It is the oldest current national cup competition in the States, commencing its 99th tournament in 2012. The Sounders FC won thier third consecutive Lamar Hunt US Open Cup title in 2011, squelching the Chicago Fire in front of a record crowd at CenturyLink Field. With the title, they became the first team in 42 years to win the US Open Cup three years in a row. In the 2012 tournament, the Sounders FC will compete in the Final to defend their 3-time title against Sporting KC on August 8 at LIVE STRONG Sporting Park (Kansas City).
