Sounders FC Youth Camps operate as week-long training courses designed for beginner to intermediate level player aged 4 – 15 years old.  Each day of camp will have a specific technical topic that is focused on throughout the day of camp.  The training environment will be one that encourages good technical habits, good decision making, promotes a healthy lifestyle, and is fun for all kids who attend.  There will be a Sounders FC player appearance at each camp where the player will sign autographs and talk to the kids.

Half Day - $160

9am-12pm Monday-Friday 
Sounders FC Half Day Program is designed for the recreational to intermediate player aged 4-15. Coaches will place an emphasis on applying technical and tactical skills as it relates to the technical topic of the day in a fun environment.  Campers will participate in drills designed to develop technical ability as well as games and scrimmages that relate to the daily topic.

Full Day - $230

9am-3pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-12pm Friday 
Sounders FC Full Day Program is designed for the recreational to intermediate player aged 7-15. In addition to the half day curriculum Full Day Campers will apply will be involved in additional larger sided games and scrimmages as they relate to the technical topic of the day.  Campers will have more time with coaches and fellow campers to develop their game in an exciting and fun environment.

Sounders FC is offering a summer school for all young goal scorers to attend.  These sessions are designed for the serious young soccer player looking to get additional goal scoring training during their summer vacation.  Players will be presented with a wide variety of goal scoring opportunities at high repetitions for refining and improving goal scoring technique. Players will receive detailed instruction on proper finishing techniques, decision making, and developing a goal scorer’s mentality. We also need goalkeepers to make life difficult for goal scorers, and there will be keeper coach present to offer specialized goalkeeper training.  All positions are welcome to attend our summer goal scoring school!

This training course is designed for the young soccer player in search of contiually training over the winter holiday.  This course will be held on the Starfire Indoor Fields protected from the winter climate.  This will be a modification of the normal camp curriculum.  The camp will focus on 1 v 1 technique, shooting, and passing throughout the three day course.  Players will go through a series of technical training throughout the day and will also be exposed to scrimmage play as it relates to the technical topic of the day.  All players who attend camp will receive an adidas ball, camp t-shirt, and other giveaways throughout the week.  Space is limited so sign up today!

SFC Camp Coach $1500/Team

Have a high level coach of your choice come out to your team’s practice site for a total of 10 hours! Training sessions can be 2 hours a day Monday- Friday, or you can choose to have a coach come out to five (5) two-hour training sessions over the course of 2-3 weeks. Team Camp Participants receive a Sounders FC Adidas T-Shirt!

Sounders Women & U-23 Pre-Match Clinics - $60

Learn to play like the pros, from current Sounders Women / Sounders U-23 players and Sounders FC Youth staff for a one-hour clinic prior to the Sounders Women and Sounders U-23 home matches.

Clinics begin two hours prior to each home Sounders Women and Sounders U-23 match, and are open to boy and girls, aged 6-18.

The clinic includes:

• 1 hour skills clinic - coached by Sounders Women/U-23 players and staff
