What Is Your Refund Policy?
1. Cancellation before camp begins:
-The Camp Fee will be refunded, less a $40 non-refundable administrative fee per participant, if cancellation is received prior to the beginning of camp; or
-The participant will be placed in another camp at a future date at no additional cost.
2. Cancellation after camp begins:
-If cancellation is received after camp begins, no portion of the camp fee will be refunded for any reason other than an injury or sickness (with a Doctor’s note). In such case, the camp fee, minus the $40 administrative fee, will be refunded on a prorated basis as determined by the number of sessions missed.

What Is The Cost Of Camp?
Half Day: $160

What Do I Bring To Camp?
Half Day: Water, Light Snack 10:30-10:45 daily, appropriate footwear and clothing
Full Day: Water, Light Snack 10:30-10:45 daily, Bring a lunch which will be at 12:00-1:00pm daily, Appropriate Footwear & Clothing.
*** We highly recommend your player brings 8oz of Water per hour at Camp.

Do sounders fC provide lunch for the full day campers?
No.  We require that all full day campers bring their own lunch for lunchtime which is 12:00-1:00pm.  We also ask that campers do not share lunches do to various food allergies that campers may have, so please remember to pack a lunch.

What Do Campers Receive?
Adidas soccer ball, Sounders FC adidas camp t-shirt, invite to a special Sounders FC Camper Appreciation Day event, Group Health giveaway items, trivia prizes, signed merchandise awards to Camper of the Week, opportunity to meet a player or technical staff at camp, Sounders FC lunchbox, and discounted price to join Junior Alliance.

Why Can’t I Register Online For Next Week Camp?
Our online registration tool stops accepting registrations the Thursday before the first day of that week’s camp begins. Your last chance to register online is always the Thursday before your camp is set to begin. Example June 18-22 – Last day to register online would be 12AM June 14. After this point, we will only be excepting walk up registrations the morning of camp. (Walk ups may pay by check, cash, or credit card) No walk ups for Closed Camps. This allows us enough time to print and distribute all registration lists to our camp site directors. You may still do a walk up registration the first day of camp unless the camp is listed on our website as “CLOSED.”

Will There Be Player Appearances At Camp?
Yes, but it is not guaranteed. Our goal is have a player or technical staff appearance at all of our camps, but that is not always realistic with player travel schedules. All campers will have the opportunity to meet the team and get autographs at our annual Camp Appreciation Day! (Details TBA)

What Is Camper Appreciation Day?
Camper Appreciation Day is a great opportunity for us to say thank you for attending our camps. Campers will have the opportunity to attend a private Sounders FC Training session at CenturyLink Field.  Campers will be given the chance to ask questions and get autographs from some of their favorite players after viewing training. Camper Appreciation TBA.

What Age Is Old Enough To Do Full Day?
We recommend full day camp to campers 7 years and older. This is not mandatory. If you feel that your 5 or 6 year old player can last an entire day of camp, then feel free to sign up, especially if they have an older brother or sister that is in full day as well.

 What Is An Early Bird Discount?
$20 off Half day and Full Day Summer Camps until April 1st.

Who Do We Recommend Go To Sounders Camp?
Camp is ideal for the beginning to intermediate level player ages 4-15, but great for any soccer player looking to improve their game.

What Is Our Philosophy?
Sounders FC Camp’s goal is to provide your child with the best coaching available so that learning the game of soccer is enjoyable and fun. We seek to develop not only the technical abilities, but also promote a healthy lifestyle in our youth players. Through encouragement and motivation, within a positive and fun environment, your child is sure to receive a valuable camp experience.

Is There Still Room For My Child To Sign Up?
Yes. Unless the word “Closed” is printed next to your camp week, there are still spots available.

Do You Offer Any Before Or Post Camp Supervision?
We do not offer any supervision before or after camp. Players may arrive 15 – 20 minutes early for camp to prepare for the day, but we ask that all campers are picked up promptly at the scheduled end of camp each day.

Can My Child Walk Or Take The Bus Home After Camp?
For safety reasons, we prefer campers be picked up by a parent or guardian after camp. Campers are allowed to walk or bus home if a parent or guardian sends the camper to camp with a pre-written note giving permission to do so. The letter/note would also detail that Sounders FC Camps are not liable in this situation.

Do I Need To Bring My Confirmation Email?
No. The confirmation email is for your records only.

Can My Child Join Camp A Few Days Late?
Yes, if you decide to sign up late, we will pro-rate the cost accordingly.

Are There Any Scholarships Available?
Yes, but very limited. You can submit an essay on our website. Winners will be chosen during the month of June. If you do not win a free scholarship to camp and are still in need, please contact Michael Morris.
*** There is also a donation area on your registration page. We never want to turn a child away, please help us in that effort by donating to the camp scholarship fund. Thanks!

What Happens If I Accidently Sign Up For The Wrong Camp?
Please contact Michael Morris and we will make the correction in our system.

What Happens In The Case Of Lightening, Thunder, Or Rain?
In the case of lightning and thunder, we will take campers to a safe indoor area. If lightning and thunder persist, we will call emergency contact numbers, so your child can be picked up from camp. In the case of rain; we will continue camp as planned! Please bring appropriate clothing for this scenario i.e. jacket, long sleeve shirts, training pants etc.

My Child Has A Medical Condition, Should I Tell Someone?
Yes. If your child has a severe allergy and must carry any medical supplies or medication, please let the camp site director know on the first day of camp. There is an area in the online registration form where you can indicate and special needs your player may have to make us aware prior to the start of camp. However, we always ask you let the site director and coaches know in person of any medical conditions that must be taken into account.

What Group Will My Child Be Placed In?
Campers will be broken into age appropriate groups first. If we feel a camper’s skill level exceeds that of his/her peer group we will ask if they would like to join an older group. Also we tell everyone on the very first day of camp- “If you came with a friend or teammate, close in age, you are more than welcome to stay in the same group as them.” We encourage all friends and teammates to participate in the same groups during camp.

Do You Take Walk Up Registrations?
Yes, as long as the camp is not listed as “Closed” on the website. You can pay in cash, credit card, or a check made out to Sounders FC Camps on the first day of the camp week you would like to attend.
