Sounders FC Youth Development Programs are designed as a supplementary program to the current youth soccer club experience. These courses are designed for the serious young soccer player looking to fine tune their techniques and abilities to develop into a quality soccer player. All courses will consist of 5 high intensity sessions. Every player attending the course will receive an official Sounders FC Youth Training t-shirt. All positions are welcomed at every course. Sounders FC is offering a summer school for all young goal scorers to attend.  These sessions are designed for the serious young soccer player looking to get additional goal scoring training during their summer vacation.  Players will be presented with a wide variety of goal scoring opportunities at high repetitions for refining and improving goal scoring technique. Players will receive detailed instruction on proper finishing techniques, decision making, and developing a goal scorer’s mentality. We also need goalkeepers to make life difficult for goal scorers, and there will be keeper coach present to offer specialized goalkeeper training.  All positions are welcome to attend our summer goal scoring school!

This training course is designed for the young soccer player in search of contiually training over the winter holiday.  This course will be held on the Starfire Indoor Fields protected from the winter climate.  This will be a modification of the normal camp curriculum.  The camp will focus on 1 v 1 technique, shooting, and passing throughout the three day course.  Players will go through a series of technical training throughout the day and will also be exposed to scrimmage play as it relates to the technical topic of the day.  All players who attend camp will receive an adidas ball, camp t-shirt, and other giveaways throughout the week.  Space is limited so sign up today!

Girls High School Prep Camp: $200

This week long training course is designed for girls preparing for 2013 high school soccer tryouts and season. Training sessions are designed to physically and mentally prepare players for their High School Season/Tryout by emphasizing: fitness within the game, sharpening technical skills, good decision making, and helping players stand out from the competition. Goalkeepers will receive intense instruction from a keeper coach and will be placed in game like shot stopping situations. All positions are welcome and encouraged to prepare for the high school season.
