You can vote as the primary account holder with one email address with the vote weight of 5. If you designate your seats, you break up your weighted vote and will no longer have a weight of 5. Instead, the weight will be divided depending on how many seats are designated to a specific email address.

 12. When does the vote become valid?

 13. How do I know this vote is authentic?

Sounders FC is partnering with eBallot to provide a secure vote. This company will authenticate both the vote and results which will then be audited by a certification committee. More details here.

 14. What are the voting options?

You can vote to either “Retain” or vote “No Confidence”. A vote to “Retain” the General Manager is a sign of approval and a vote for them to maintain their position as General Manager. A “No Confidence” vote signifies that you are not pleased with the vision and direction of the General Manager and would like to see them removed as General Manager.
