How to Link Your Account to SeatGeek
Sounders FC is pleased to announce that the club has partnered with SeatGeek as the club’s Official Ticketing Partner beginning in the 2018 season. SeatGeek will replace Ticketmaster as Seattle’s official primary and resale ticketing platform.

Why do I need to link my account?
Not all information can be securely transferred into the new ticketing system such as your password and credit card information. Therefore, for the safety of your information, we need you to link your account.
Why is Sounders FC changing ticketing systems?
The decision to partner with Seatgeek was to provide an improved customer experience. SeatGeek is a fan-first organization whose mission aligns with Seattle Sounders FC. They offer the most up-to-date technology for fans to be able to manage and purchase tickets in a user-friendly way. We’re not only excited about the transition, but how this partnership can develop to make the fan experience even better in the future.
What will be different?
As you can see, your new SeatGeek Account Manager looks a little different. However, you will still receive similar benefits that you had with Ticketmaster including this Account Manager and mobile MatchPass. This new online account manager will be a more fan friendly experience, including reselling and sharing tickets. We will provide you more information on how to get the most of your new Account Manager in February.
Why do I need to input my credit card?
No credit card information was transferred from Ticketmaster to SeekGeek for security reasons. Many of you are on payment plans for your season tickets, so we need your credit card information to continue your payment plan. If your season tickets are paid in full, we still need your credit card to complete your profile.
Has my account number changed? Where can I see it?
Your account number is the same as the season ticket account number from Ticketmaster. You can find it in the main navigation bar on your new Account Manager.
I linked my account but I can’t do anything with my tickets. Why?
Your tickets are listed under the tickets section of your Account Manager. Your tickets will be available to be managed in February. Until then, you will not be able to download, transfer or resell your tickets.
Some information is incorrect on my profile, what do I do?
We are sorry about that, give Sounders FC a call at 877-657-4625 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the error and we will work to remedy it immediately.
