Chuck Arnold

Chuck Arnold is in his 20th season with the organization, being promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the Seattle Seahawks, Sounders FC, and First and Goal Inc. in December 2013. Arnold is responsible for increasing revenue across Corporate Partnership, Ticketing, Suites, and Retail. He also oversees the management of Marketing, Game Presentation, Community Relations, Fan Development, Information Technology, and Stadium Operations.

During his time with the Seahawks, the team has set franchise records for new season tickets sold, overall season ticket base, average attendance and group sales. The team has sold out 95 consecutive games. In his previous role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Arnold oversaw the remodeling of the Pro Shop at CenturyLink Field and the opening of a second Pro Shop in downtown Seattle, in addition to leading the collaboration with Nike in the redesign of the team’s new uniform which debuted in 2013.

Arnold has also played an influential role in the Seattle Sounders FC success. Under Arnold’s direction, Sounders FC set a league record for a fifth-consecutive year in 2013 with an average attendance of 44,038, which includes 88-consecutive sellouts. During this time the team hosted the largest attendance in franchise history for a standalone match with a staggering attendance of 67,385 at CenturyLink Field.

Arnold, who began his career as an intern with the Seahawks public relations department, has also lead efforts on organizational milestones such as the construction of CenturyLink Field and the team’s subsequent transition from the Kingdome, the launch of public training camps at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, and successful concert sales within CenturyLink Field and the WaMu Theatre.

Additionally, Arnold was among the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 recipients in 2010 and was named Ticket Executive of the Year by MLS in 2009 and 2010. Arnold earned a degree in Sports Management from Washington State University. He resides in Newcastle, Washington, with his wife, Jana, and two children, Charlie and Jordan.
