How to Create a Profile
New users will have to create a profile and select their preferences. You should be prompted to do so when launching the app for the first time, but can do this anytime by following the steps below:
- Click on the “More” menu on the bottom right corner of the app (look for the three dots), then click on “My Profile” at the top of the side menu.
- Click “Sign Up” button at the top of the profile page.
- Create your account by adding your info to the required fields.
- After the form is complete, click “Next”.
- You will be directed to add additional information, connect your Ticketmaster account and select your personalization preferences.
