Seattle Sounders FC and the Pro Sports Play Equity Coalition believes that every kid should get the CDC recommended 60 minutes of physical activity each day. Kids displaced from school because of COVID-19 are also displaced from recess and PE classes where many would get this physical activity.

Seattle sounders - science of soccer
The Seattle Sounders Science of Soccer Program teaches Science, Technology, Engineering and Math using soccer as the subject. It includes PE, Math and Science lessons fully aligned with Washington State K-12 Learning Standards. Access online lessons you can do at home here.

Hone your soccer skills at home while practicing social distancing! Each week, a Sounders FC first team player will make a social post about an at-home activity fans of all ages can do to improve their game. Individuals who post a video of themselves partaking in the challenge will receive a prize pack including a replica Forever Green jersey courtesy of Zulily. Click here for more information.
RAVE FOUNDATION FIRST KICKS EARLY LEARNING PHYSICAL LITERACY PROGRAM
