The Seattle Sounders are one game away from Leagues Cup glory.
Following Wednesday night's 2-0 win over the LA Galaxy, the Sounders have secured their spot in the Leagues Cup Final and will host Inter Miami at Lumen Field on Sunday, August 31 (5:00 p.m. PT; Watch on MLS Season Pass | TICKETS).
With the win, the Sounders have also qualified for the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup.
The Sounders jumped out to an early lead in the 7th minute as Pedro de la Vega capitalized on a rebound after Osaze De Rosario, Paul Rothrock and JesĆŗs Ferreira had forced goalkeeper Novak MiÄoviÄ into a series of saves. De Rosario doubled the lead in the 57th minute as he flicked the ball over his head and held off three defenders before smashing the ball into the back of the net.
The Sounders will look to complete the quest for their first Leagues Cup trophy in Seattle on Sunday against Leo Messi and Inter Miami. Tickets for the Final are available now!
