The Seattle Sounders have remained relatively static in the media’s Week 9 MLS Power Rankings after their dramatic 3-3 home comeback draw against the New England Revolution last Saturday.
The Sounders are No. 8 on MLSSoccer.com (No. 7 last week), No. 9 on ESPN.com (No. 8) and No. 10 on SI.com (No. 11).
“The Sounders fought back from a three-goal deficit against the New England Revolution and deserve credit for their resolve in the 3-3 draw,” said ESPN.com.
The Sounders will host Toronto FC on Sunday (12 p.m. PT; ESPN, KIRO Radio 97.3 FM, El Rey 1360AM | TICKETS) in a rematch of the 2016 MLS Cup Final.
