The Seattle Sounders are taking on the San Jose Earthquakes on Wednesday (7:30 p.m. PT; JOEtv, YouTube TV, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM) in a midweek Western Conference clash. Here is the Delta Starting XI:

NOTES:


- Handwalla Bwana and Nouhou make their first starts of the 2019 season, replacing Harry Shipp and Brad Smith, respectively, who each played 90 minutes against LAFC on Sunday.


- Chad Marshall returns to the lineup after missing last weekend’s LAFC match with knee inflammation. He replaces Román Torres.


- Raùl Ruidíaz misses his fourth straight match with a heel contusion, while Will Bruin misses his second straight match with a hamstring strain.
