Head Coach Brian Schmetzer reveals his starting lineup for the first home match at Lumen Field of the 2022 season as the Sounders host Honduran side FC Motagua (7:45 p.m. PT; FS2, TUDN, iHeart Radio, El Rey 1360AM) in Leg Two of the Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League Round of 16. Here is the Delta Starting XI:

Lineup Notes:

  • Nouhou, who missed part of preseason while playing with Cameroon at the African Cup of Nations, replaces Kelyn Rowe at left back.
  • João Paulo, who missed the away fixture after arriving late to preseason, is available for selection tonight as a substitute.
  • Homegrown Player Obed Vargas, 16, makes his second consecutive start and third overall appearance for the First Team, lining up next to Cristian Roldan in central midfield.
