LINEUP NOTES:
- The Rave Green are coming off a 3-3 draw with the Colorado Rapids at Dick's Sporting Goods Park on September 19. After trailing 3-1 in the second half, Dejan Joveljić and Caden Clark scored late in the match to secure the road point. It was Clark's first goal for the Rave Green after being acquired by Seattle at the end of the Summer Transfer Window.
- Sounders FC currently sits in 13th place in the Western Conference with 29Â points (7-9-8). Real Salt Lake is 12th in the West with 29 points (8-12-5).
- Wednesday is the 40th meeting between the two sides since Seattle joined MLS in 2009, with Real Salt Lake leading the regular season series 14-18-7, Seattle has a 13-4-3 mark against the Utah side at Lumen Field.
- Sounders FC players Joveljić (Serbia) and Snyder Brunell (United States U-20s) were called into international duty for the upcoming FIFA window. Joveljić has already departed, while Brunell leaves following Saturday's match versus Minnesota.
