- Head Coach Brian Schmetzer makes three changes to the lineup from Sounders FC's 2-1 loss vs. Austin FC, with Stefan Frei, Jesús Ferreira and Jordan Morris replacing Andrew Thomas, Obed Vargas, and Danny Musovski.
- Seattle can clinch a spot in the Audi 2025 MLS Cup Playoffs with a win or a draw against Vancouver, as well as additional scenarios that include a Colorado Rapids loss/draw vs. Minnesota United FC AND a Houston Dynamo FC loss/draw at Nashville SC OR a Real Salt Lake loss/draw vs. Austin FC AND a Houston Dynamo FC loss/draw at Nashville SC.
- Reed Baker-Whiting (USA) and Obed Vargas (Mexico) have both been called up to their national teams for the FIFA U-20 World Cup, making them unavailable for tonight's match.
