SEATTLE, WASH. –\\ After securing a victory over FC Dallas tonight, Sounders FC now advances to the Western Conference Semifinals**, continuing the club’s postseason campaign presented by Regence BlueShield. As second seed in the West, the Rave Green host the forthcoming Semifinals matchup, which returns to the single-elimination format following the best-of-three series played in Round One.
Seattle is set to face LAFC on the Emerald Queen Casino Pitch at Lumen Field, with the winner moving forward to the Western Conference Final. All Eastern and Western Conference Semifinals matches are being played between November 25-26 with the exact dates and kickoff times being announced by Major League Soccer in the coming days.

Seattle and LAFC have developed a heated rivalry over the years that has extended into postseason action. Sounders FC first defeated the Supporters’ Shield-winning Black and Gold in the 2019 Western Conference Final, sending Seattle on its way to claim its second MLS Cup title weeks later. In 2020, the clubs met again – this time in the first round of postseason action – and Sounders FC again secured a victory, eventually advancing to the championship match yet again, but ultimately falling to Columbus Crew SC.
