2018 (S2): The Haitian built upon his impressive rookie season with a breakout campaign in 2018, leading the team with 2,466 minutes played. All 28 of his appearances on the year were starts. The defender also led the team in interceptions (78) and duels won (144). An attacking outside back, he finished the season with the third-most chances created (20). Ulysse was named as the third-best player in the 2018 USL 20-Under-20, an annual list ranking the top teenage prospects in the league.
2017 (S2): He made his USL debut in 30 minutes of action against San Antonio FC on April 25, 2017. Ulysse went on to start 15 matches for S2, locking down the right back spot. He recorded 39 interceptions and won 26 of his 31 tackles.
Prior to signing with S2, Ulysse played for Real Hope in his native country of Haiti. He made his USL debut in 30 minutes of action against San Antonio FC on April 25, 2017.
In October 2016, Ulysse was named to the Caribbean U-20 Best XI following Haiti's championship win in the qualifying tournament for the 2017 CONCACAF U-20 Championship.
