PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2022 (Seattle): Chú started eight of his 25 appearances in 2022, tallying three assists, all in winning efforts. His first of the year came against Vancouver (June 14) before also adding helpers against Sporting Kansas City (June 25) and at Toronto FC (July 2). He scored his lone goal of the year in a 5-0 win over Motagua (February 24) in Concacaf Champions League action.

2021 (Seattle): Chú made eight substitute appearances for Seattle after joining on the final day of the summer transfer window, registering one goal and one assist in 146 minutes. His first goal came in a 4-1 win over Vancouver Whitecaps FC (October 9). The Brazilian winger then tallied his first assist in Seattle’s 1-1 road draw against the Colorado Rapids (October 20). 

2021 (Grémio / Ceará): Chú started one match and made four appearances during Grêmio’s Brazilian Serie A campaign, totaling 110 minutes. During Grêmio’s Gaúcho 1 season, Chú scored two goals in two starts and nine appearances. Chú also spent time on loan during Ceará’s Copa do Nordeste campaign.

2020 (Ceará): On loan from Grêmio, Chú made two appearances and one start for Ceará Sporting Club, totaling 95 minutes during the team’s Clearense 1 campaign. He also made one appearance for 19 minutes during the club’s Copa do Nordeste bid. He enjoyed a successful stretch during Ceará’s 2020 Serie A season, when he scored three goals in 20 starts, making 22 total appearances and playing 1,419 minutes.

2019 (Grêmio): On loan from Grêmio’s U-20 squad, Chú appeared in one matchday roster and did not make an appearance.
