In front of more than 39,000 of his fellow Seattlites, the goal that Jordan Morris has been waiting for finally came.
In the 71st minute, midfielder Andreas Ivanschitz sent a ball forward to Morris, who had no problem moving past the Philadelphia Union defense to find the back of the net for the first time since signing with the Sounders in January. Seattle went on to win the match 2-1.
