Sounders forward Clint Dempsey received a yellow card for pushing Felipe in the back in Seattle’s 3-1 win over the New York Red Bulls on Sunday.
Felipe provoked Dempsey first by leaning his shoulder into Dempsey’s back moments before Dempsey responded. In this week’s edition of MLS’ “Instant Replay,” Simon Borg discusses the play and whether or not the referees got it right (start at 9:20).
