MLSSoccer.com takes a look at two controversial calls in the Seattle Sounders’ 2-1 loss to the Vancouver Whitecaps last Friday in this week’s Instant Replay (start at 0:06).
First, former Sounders forward Fredy Montero earned a yellow for a rash challenge on Harry Shipp, but may well have seen red. Second, Nicolas Lodeiro was fouled by Matias Laba and the Sounders playmaker appeared to have kicked out his leg, but missed making contact with Laba.
