Seattle Sounders Homegrown winger Jordan Morris is always extra careful during flu season. Morris, 25, has been especially vigilant since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, as being a Type 1 diabetic puts him in an at-risk category for this novel virus.

Morris spoke with ESPN about how he’s been managing his diabetes, how he’s been passing time while practicing social distancing, and the importance of following CDC guidelines to stop the spread of COVID-19.
