Olympic View K-8, Black Players for Change Field is one of the 52 RAVE Foundation mini pitches built across Washington state, creating safe and accessible spaces where kids and communities can play, connect and thrive through soccer. Located in Federal Way, the pitch reflects RAVE’s commitment to investing in communities through the power of the game while creating spaces that inspire the next generation.

That impact is deeply personal for Lamar Neagle. A Federal Way native, Lamar never stopped claiming the community that shaped him — from winning a State Championship at Thomas Jefferson High School to spending seven seasons with the Seattle Sounders. As a RAVE Foundation trustee, he helped connect the organization with Black Players for Change, bringing RAVE’s first-ever mini pitch to life in the very place where his own soccer journey began.
