Valley Ridge Playfield is home to one of the 52 RAVE Foundation mini pitches built across Washington state, creating safe and accessible spaces where kids and communities can play, connect and thrive through soccer. Located in SeaTac, the pitch reflects RAVE’s commitment to creating places where every child and family feels welcome, supported and connected through the game.
That vision comes to life through Providence Kamana. Through his nonprofit, Co-Creative Culture, Providence uses soccer, art and storytelling to help children from immigrant families build confidence, connection and community. Whether through poetry, spoken word, visual art or the game itself, he creates space for young people to express who they are and where they come from. For Providence, soccer is more than a sport — it is a universal language of belonging.
