Emily Schultz
Vice President of Premium Hospitality
Emily Schultz enters her 12th season with Sounders FC in 2024, currently serving as Vice President of Premium Hospitality. Schultz oversees the team responsible for service and retention of the five premium seating spaces and 123 suites at Lumen Field. She also works closely with all members of Sounders FC’s Ownership Group to ensure they are involved with matchday and club events.
Schultz started her career as an intern in 2012 with the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC before transitioning to work solely for the Rave Green when the club moved to its Seattle offices in 2014. Born and raised in the Seattle area, Schultz graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in communications. When not at work, she frequents local dog parks with her Australian Shepard, Pippa.
