Kaitlin Bailey
VP of Business Strategy & Analytics
Kaitlin enters her sixth season with the organization in 2023, currently serving as Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics. In this role, Bailey is tasked with driving strategy and integrating technology platforms to drive revenue and retention. Her team is focused on utilizing data and customer insights to influence brand strategy and planning across departments.Â
Prior to joining Sounders FC, Bailey worked as the Sr. Marketing Manager for Cascade Designs Inc. where she spent seven years working in the e-commerce and digital marketing landscape. Bailey holds a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and two Graduate Certificates from the University of Washington. Outside of her passion for soccer, you can find her trail running or camping in the Cascades with her wife, daughter and pup.
