Kimberly Aigner
Vice President of Social Impact
In 2023, Kimberly Aigner enters her ninth season with Sounders FC. As Vice President of Social Impact, Aigner oversees Sounders FC soccer camps and community partnerships while driving Sounders FC’s community leadership pillars and service initiatives. Prior to her current role, Aigner worked with Sounders FC’s partnerships marketing team managing partners like Xbox, Starbucks and Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Before joining Sounders FC in 2014, Aigner worked for several years in marketing and partnerships at the Boeing Classic golf tournament and at Virginia Mason Medical Center. She has also held positions at the Prefontaine Classic, United States Tennis Association’s US OPEN, and with University of Oregon’s Warsaw Sports Marketing Center. Aigner holds an MBA from University of Oregon’s Warsaw Sports Marketing Center and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Gonzaga University where she played on the women’s tennis team. Aigner and her husband Andrew reside in Seattle with their son, Oliver, and Labrador, Finn.
