Mikaela Purvis
Vice President of Business Operations
Mikaela Purvis enters her 12th season with the organization in 2024. As Vice President of Business Operations, Purvis works with Lumen Field to manage stadium operations, run special events such Concacaf and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup matches, oversees ticket operations, and works closely with supporter groups and Alliance Council. Prior working for the club in operations roles, Purvis served as Director of Membership Engagement & Retention for Sounders FC, where she oversaw the team responsible for Season Member retention, engagement, communication and customer service, as well as managing the MatchPass Loyalty program and its associated programming, content management and data strategy, and working closely with supporter groups and Alliance Council.
Before joining Sounders FC, Purvis worked for University of Washington Athletics in its Tyee Department, which allows dedicated Huskies fans to show pride and support through financial gifts. Purvis holds a bachelor’s degree in sports and exercise science with a minor in psychology from Seattle University and a Master of Education in Intercollegiate Athletics Leadership from University of Washington. Purvis lives in Brier with her husband, Joe, their son and daughter, Declan and Avery, and dog, Winston.
