Paulette Harris
Vice President, Controller
Paulette Harris enters her sixth season with Sounders FC in 2024, currently serving as VP, Controller. In this role, Harris manages the financial and regulatory compliance of the organization and oversees the Information Technology department. She has responsibility for producing accurate and timely internal and external financial statements, tax returns and other management reports while supporting the development and implementation of club goals and priorities through technology and finance strategic initiatives. She also supervises the work statement and development of staff.
Harris has extensive experience, previously working in various finance roles for companies such as Boeing, Blue Origin, Port of Tacoma and Vulcan, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Washington. Harris grew up in Tacoma and currently lives in Fife with her husband Nathan and their three avid soccer players, Mykah, Sydney and Wesley.
