Following the club's 2-1 home win over Chicago Fire on Saturday night, Seattle Sounders midfielder Albert Rusnák has been named to the MLS Team of the Matchday for Matchday 23.
This is the second week in a row where Rusnák has been featured in the TOTM selections.
The Sounders found themselves down a goal at the halftime break on Saturday, but with a shift in momentum and two penalty kick goals from the Slovakian international in the 57th minute and during stoppage time, the Sounders managed to slide past Chicago Fire for their second consecutive comeback win.
Along with his two goals, Rusnák completed 47 of his 54 pass attempts and recorded two key passes.
The Sounders return to action on Saturday as they host Eastern Conference side New England Revolution (7:30 p.m. PT; MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, 93.3 KJR FM, El Rey 1360AM | TICKETS) at Lumen Field.
