- Head Coach Brian Schmetzer makes eight changes from the Sounders' 3-1 victory over the Houston Dynamo with Jesús Ferreira, Osaze De Rosario, Pedro de la Vega, João Paulo, Danny Leyva, Kalani Kossa-Rienzi, Jonathan Bell, and Andrew Thomas replacing Danny Muosvski, Ryan Kent, Albert Rusnák, Cristian Roldan, Obed Vargas, Kim Kee-Hee, Alex Roldan, and Stefan Frei.
- After signing with the First Team on May 9, De Rosario will get his first MLS start in tonight's mid-week match against LAFC.
- Musovski became the third Sounder to score in five consecutive matches in a single season, joining Fredy Montero (2009) and Obafemi Martins (2015). No member of the Rave Green has ever scored in six consecutive matches in a single season.
- Kent recorded his third assist of the season against Houston, doing so in just 116 minutes of play, the fastest player to three assists in club history.
