The Seattle Sounders U-17s Academy defeated Columbus Crew SC 0-0 (3-2 PKs) to win Group A and advance to the semifinals in the Premier Division of the 2018 Generation adidas Cup at Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco, Texas.
The young Sounders finished Group A with a 2-0-1 record. They join the Montreal Impact, Mexico’s Monterrey and either the New York Red Bulls, Tigres or the San Jose Earthquakes from Group C.
